We specialize in residential construction, including full home builds, renovations, extensions, structural repairs, roofing, steel and aluminium fabrication, electrical wiring installation. We also handle minor civil works and custom metalwork.

Are your works compliant with local building regulations and codes?

Yes. We ensure all our construction and electrical works follow local authority guidelines (e.g., PBT, CIDB standards) and are carried out according to Malaysia’s Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and MS standards.

How do you handle foundation work for soft or unstable soil conditions?

Depending on the site condition, we recommend suitable solutions such as strip footing, pad footing, soil compaction, or soil stabilization techniques. For soft ground, we may suggest soil improvement using sand replacement.

What is your typical project workflow from enquiry to handover?
